Jordin Sparks!!! YAY! She is so talented. Blake is talented,too, but I don't think he is the American Idol winner type. He will probably still get records, though. I could have done without ALL the entertainment, it got kind of boring actually, but near then end. I'm so happy that Jordin won! She is definitely the American Idol type.

My mom's surgery

Tomorrow [Monday], my mom is getting surgery on her shoulder. I'm not sure of what all she's getting done with it, but I know she's getting it done. She's leaving at 6:00 in the morning. Just please pray, I want the surgery to go well.

Blake, with "Roxanne". The beginning was bad. Just my opinion. It sounds like matisyahu!! He is a Jewish rapper!! I didn't think it was that good to be honest. Not his style.

"This love" GET FUNKY WIT ME Y'ALL!! I love this song! I think he is doing pretty good. Scratch that, VERY good. la LA la la la... . He's good. Getting kinda old, though.

"When I get you alone" or something. I like it so far! again, GET FUNKY WIT ME Y'ALL! I think he is VERY good! Very catchy tune. Yes very good.

Melinda, with "I believe in you and me". I think the song is sorta her style, but not all the way. Kinda boring. Her voice was GREAT!!

"Nut bush city limits" or something like that. Her hair doesn't look that great. I don't get the 'Nut bush' part. I don't really like the song. As usual her voice is great.

"I'm a woman". She is so sweet. I love Melinda! Very good. I think I've heard this song also. I love this song! I think she is doing very good! It was great!!

Who's going home? They are all GREAT, but I think Blake or Melinda will be going home. :(
I wish no one had to go home!!

Contestant #1: Melinda... I didn't see her so unknown song and name

Contestant #2: Blake, with "You should be dancing" I thought it was AWESOME. A little weird. and Simon was too hard. But I liked it. Kinda have to agree with no beat boxing, but oh well.

Contestant #3: LaKisha, with "STAYIN' ALIVE" My all time FAV song!! Before she started, I didn't think she would be good, but she IS! I think her voice is just right for that song. Wow she really pulled it off!! The judges are TOTALLY wrong! I thought she was great!!

Contestant #4: Jordin, With "To love somebody". So far Kinda boring. A great voice. I don't really like the song. But she was beautiful and so was her voice. I disagree with Simon with best song choice. I don't like the choice.

Contestant #1 performance 2: Melinda again, With "How can you mend a broken heart". I like the tune off the song, and her voice makes it AWESOME. I'm thinking my mom liked it, because she started singing with it. Except she wasn't half as good because she is sick. Kinda boring. Her voice was just beautiful.

Contestant #2 performance 2: Blake, with ... uh... I actually don't know!! I didn't start commenting till the end cuz I was customizing my avatar. But what I did hear is boringness. And, Paula kept talking and talking and talking. I didn't think he was very good.

Contestant #3 performance 2: LaKisha, with "Run to me" BORING so far!! I like her dress. Beginning boring, near the end, GREAT! Her voice cracked, but oh well.

Contestant #4 performance 2: Jordin, with "Woman in love" or something like that. Her dress is beautiful!! But again, at the beginning, BORING! She needs more movement. BORING BORING!!

My random thoughts:

Almost all the songs are boring

They changed between each performance

Barry Gibb looks sorta Japanese

The only judge who doesn't dress the same every week is Miss Paula talks a lot

Contestant #1 : Phil, I've never really liked him... he was OOKK... buut not voting. I think Jon Bonjovi was wrong he said that Phil nailed it. He seems to yell a lot when he's preforming. He thinks he's all that, which is one of the reasons I'm not voting for him. Yet, I LUV the song choice. UGH! :(

Contestant #2 : Jordan, I've always like her, but her hair made her look fat, whats up with that? I got kind of bored with her performance... maybe cuz my mom and brother were talking through the WHOLE THING!! At the beginning I didn't think she was that good, I thought she was singing to low. I couldn't tell what she was saying actually. I don't think the song choice was right for her. I still like the song choice. :

Contestant #3 : LaKisha, AWESOME!! I have never even heard of Jon Bonjovi, so I though she was a little off at first, but who am I to say that?? After that I thought she was AWESOME!! But really low pitched in the beginning. My mom still thinks I didn't like her!! LOL :)

Contestant #4 : Blake, LUV HIM!! He has always been my favorite. He looks almost EXACTLY like my Uncle David, and I love my uncle, so I call him my Uncle David wanna-be. LOL What did he do at the beginning??!! WOW!!! AWESOME!! AMAZING!! His beep boxing went GREAT!! GO BEEP BOXING!!!!!!! OMG THE BEST PERFORMANCE IN ALL OF AMERICAN IDOL HISTORY!!!!! HE IS SO PUNK!! AWESOME!! AMAZING!! GREAT!! UNBEATABLE!!! SHOCKING!! It would have been horrible if he HADN'T had done that!!! OMG AMAZING!!
He looks good with dyed hair!!!!

Contestant # 5 : Chris, He's good but I've never been a big fan. He looks like SOMEONE, but I don't know WHO!!! GRRR!! To me it sounds sort of like a country song... was it?? Pretty good, Though kinda boring. Definitely not a fav. Like Simon said, not his style.

Contestant #6 : Melinda, I have always like her, never haven't liked her. WOW!!! I think this is her style DEFINITELY!! WOW!!! AWESOME!! AMAZING! GREAT!! Beatable by Blake and Blake only!! WOW!! TLY HER STYLE!! Luved it!! HAVE A NICE DAAY!!

When my mom and I first saw Sanjaya, we almost fell over!! Well, at least I did. I could NOT believe that he went that far with his hair. I also couldn't believe that the judges didn't say anything about it. Except for Randy, who liked it?! That right there makes me not vote for him. How he's staying in I'll never know, but I heard somewhere that he's cheating, I dunno.

Ice skating competition

Hey Everyone,

Hope you had an AWESOME Easter!! so how have you all been? its been quite a while since I've posted... OOPS!

anyway, I don't know if any of you know this, but I was in an ice skating competition. I was mostly in it for fun, and it was pretty small, an in house at the place I take lessons. Well, on March 24th, I had to go to a private lesson, and I'm glad I did. it was the day of the competition, and I had no clue what to expect. I wasn't prepared... barely anyone in the basic skills was. The teachers didn't really tell us. Well anyway, when I was at my private lesson, my teacher, Mark, told me what to do and stuff like that. Thank God!!! Well, we sorta had a pretend "competition." He told me what to do when I saw the judge and what to say and all that. When the lesson was over, me and my mom went across the street to the mall, until competition time.

When we realized what time it was, we went back to the "igloo" to get something to eat. once i ate, it was time to get ready!! Once I had my dress, my skates, my tights, and my hair was just right, we went up into the stands to watch until i had to go warm up. My time to go on the ice was around 2:45, So, about a half hour before I was supposed to go warm up, of course. then, about an hour before i was even supposed to go in the warm up room, Amanda, one of the teachers and helpers, told me that we were ahead and I needed to go get ready. Well after that we got all the other people in my group and we into the ice rink to warm up for 2 minutes. Then when we all got off, we got in line. One at a time we went on the ice and did what the judge told us to do. I was third. Once I went on the ice, she told me what to do. I did it pretty good. Then it happened: I FELL!! I couldn't believe it, I totally lost my Chance of winning!! But she liked the rest of the stuff I did, and she REALLY liked my spin, A LOT. Well after I got off all the other people in the competition went. Then it was time for the results. They called up groups, one by one, say something like this: IN BASIC 1, THE FIRST PLACE WINNER IS blank!
Once they got to my basic, basic 5, I was getting excited. They said who one first place. I was expecting to win 5th place, so I was just chatting with my friends. Then I heard my name, I couldn't believe it!! I had won SECOND place!! I was so excited I couldn't believe it! It just shows how good God can be!!
